ODODOS is happy to offer multiple shipping options for the convenience of our customers.

We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to peak selling season, invalid addresses, customs clearance issues and public holidays. Thank you in advance for your patience.

THE U.S. CUSTOMERS

Normally, after the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order (except for pre-sale items). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. *(Orders in the United States will be sent from ododos warehouse in the United States first, and may be sent several times. Please pay attention to the tracking number sent to you. When there is no inventory in the U.S. warehouse, it will be shipped from the Chinese warehouse. Free shipping does not apply for wholesale orders over a certain quantity.)

For orders that trigger system warnings, we will contact the customer and only process the shipment after confirming that it is a real order. Shipping times are estimated and may vary.
